The room we had included central heating, a laptop-size safe, and flat-screen TV. The staff were affable and very, very nice and knew their area. Location: the hotel was next to a great restaurant, the fabulous Museo Amparo, and the Amparo Museum.

I had a great stay at Milo Collection! The location was perfect for exploring downtown Puebla and visiting Museo Amparo. The hotel itself was beautiful, especially with its Christmas decorations. My room was spacious and well-appointed, and the staff was friendly and responsive. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the hot water in the shower had great pressure. Plus, being pet friendly was a huge bonus as I could bring my dog along. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Puebla.

The hotel looked amazing during the Christmas time. the location of the hotel was perfect as it was within walking distance to the downtown and the museum. We also enjoyed the spacious room and the comfortable beds that made our stay even more pleasant.

One of the biggest disappointments was the breakfast offered, which consisted of only a muffin and a small yogurt. the bathroom lacked privacy as it was made of drywall and you could hear everything.

The location of the hotel was awesome! We could easily walk to all the restaurants and shops. , the hotel staff was very helpful and recommended some great places to go sightseeing. the beds were super comfortable and we slept like babies.

There wasn't much variety and we ended up eating mostly the same thing every day. , we didn't like that there wasn't a restaurant or bar in the hotel, since we had to go out for every meal and drink.
